Grupo Santander responded on 3 November to my open letter of complaint as follows:
We refer to your e-mail of 31st October and regret that we are unable to assist you in the matter referred to, as it is outside our sphere of competence. However, we are trasnferring your e-ail to the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the U.K. in order to be processed.
