One or two buyers are getting reports from their 'lawyers' and/or Bert the Bully (in his usual rude and arrogant fashion) that the final paperwork for the site is coming through. If this is true than there is a god after all and ABOUT TIME TOO.
Even incompetent officials, scheming developers and their hired bullies, svelte-tongued agents and their UK promoters, even these will eventually seem to tell the truth if they repeat the same phrases often enough. Probably.
It is worth repeating: If it is true at last then there is a god after all and ABOUT TIME TOO.

Dear Fellow Worriers,
My wife Annette and I, have also invested in a property in the Pozo Del Esparto
development through Medsea Estates.
Our horror story began when Medsea told us that the builder Mr Bert Holdorp is refusing them on site.
Medsea have written to me telling me that it is up to me to contact Mr Holdorp and demand that he allows them access. Is this my problem, considering the agent has already taken their commision for doing absolutely nothing?
Since then, it has come to my attention through your website that there seems to be
problems with the development, ie regarding the building licence and also some political issues regarding the roads.
Do to our work commitments, we find it very difficult to get out there to try and get some answers, so if anyone out there can help us, I would be grateful for any feedback,
assistantance and advice you can give us on this issue, as at present we seem to be lost in what to do next.
Am I entitled to ask for my money back with interest?
